Meeting called to order
Congratulations CIV on 50th year
Old Business: N/A
New Business:
• HOAVC HAVOC – October
     o Three Trails Vans will do the Friday Shot Bar, Who wants to do Saturday? If not, TTV will do Saturday also.
     o Suzy suggested monetary donations towards the taco meat as it’s getting expensive.
     o Saturday night entertainment TBD
• Council of Councils 2026 Bid
     o Bid has been submitted. Have not heard back yet.
     o Feb 20-22, 2026
     o Margaritaville Hotel in Kansas City KS by The Legends
• HOAVC agreed to sponsor some trophies and buy a Bible ad for the 2025 Nationals. Jim Cecil gave an update
• on the activities scheduled during the Nationals.
• Clubs gave updates on all upcoming events.

Old Business:
• Council of Councils 2026 Bid Approved.
     o Location is close to shipping, casino etc.
     o There will be a volunteer signup on the website as things get planned.
     o Possible things we are checking into: Boulevard Brewery Tour Friday
     o Saturday will be meetings and Hot Wheels races.
• No New Business
• Next meeting will be at HOAVC
